It features a very unique, extremely durable, and highly breathable, two layer fabric moisture transport system. Each of these two layers has a particular function. First, the Qwick Wick™ layer next to the skin instantaneously sucks moisture off the skin and hands off the moisture to the outside Qwik Dry™ Layer for rapid evaporation. The outside Qwik Dry™ layer then qwikly spreads moisture over a greater surface area resulting in a much faster evaporation process than single layer performance apparel. The duel action system is therefore able to continually move liquid perspiration off the body back into atmosphere without becoming over saturated with sweat at any given time.

Qwik Wick™ is a light weight fabric that thrives in hot conditions and does very well in cooler conditions also. In hot weather Qwik Wick pulls of excess body warmth with the moisture. Because Quik Wick is pulling moisture off the body so qwikly, it actually works to cool you down much like the way alcohol feels cool on your skin. Alcohol evaporates so fast off your skin, it pulls heat away from your body as it rapidly evaporates which is why it feels cool on your skin. Qwik Wick works the same way.

It also keeps you warmer in cooler conditions. The drier you are, the warmer you are. Qwik Wick™ creates micro climates between layers of warm dry air. This light weight Qwick Wick™ version is designed to keep you more dry than warm. Check out the Sub-Zero™ for cold weather operations.

Qwik Wick’s™ thermo-regulation property looks no naturally balance out your normal personal climate and comfort level by helping control the heating and cooling of your skin in a wider range of environments and conditions than any single layer product.

Qwik Wicks™ performance properties are not only superior but are also permanent and are not capable of washing out. It has moisture management properties created with physical properties of capillary action via a multi-layer fabric transport system. Competitors use an oily chemical finishes it is called, which has very limited wicking traits and washes out. Notice the care labels of the competition saying “Do not bleach” or “Do not use fabric softener.” This is because bleach breaks the finish and fabric softener inhibits their so called wicking process. Qwik Wick™ may be bleached as necessary and fabric softener will not affect its performance either.

For best results, use a cold water wash with a washing machine and line dry. Qwik Wick™ will be almost dry if not completely out of the final spin cycle from the washing machine so a dryer will not be necessary. Do not iron your Qwik Wick for it will melt. Excessive heat over 275 degrees farenheight will also make it melt. Dryer may lead to slight shrinkage. Generally speaking dryers can be hard on all clothing which is why valued articles should be left to line dry for maximum life span.

Qwik Wick™ also contains permanent and effective anti-microbial properties. It is actually knitted with an ionized silver anti-microbial yarn (A.M.Y. from UNIFI.com) directly into the fabric itself which obviously makes this a permanent remedy impossible to wash out. It helps to destroy unwanted microbes such as odor causing bacteria, alga, fungus, mold and other unwanted organisms.

PRO Fit™

The PRO Fit™ compression line features true compression fabric with true compression fit. It offers physical compression with extremely durable components designed to enhance your performance and handle abuse. The PRO Fit™ line is composed of very durable materials and construction including; Nylon fabric which is more durable that polyester. Polyester fabrics can break down and form runs in time. PRO Fit™ items contain 20% spandex giving the garment more stretch which enables to garment to be strategically cut more efficiently providing enhanced support. We use strong thread with a high Tex level (gauge) for superior durability as well as feature a second layer of over-lock flat stitching over strategic seams for added comfort and strength.

PRO Fit™ Compression Series is designed to support soft tissues, joints and muscle groups. It acts as a type of external skeleton as the PRO Fit™ series reduces the stress levels applied to joints and soft tissues. This helps to reduce swelling and help prevent excessive wear & tear allowing the joints and soft tissues to focus more on their supporting roles versus bearing as much of the brunt forces involved which should be more intended for the muscle groups.

The muscle groups in turn benefits with enhanced circulation much the same way circulation sox or hosiery work. The result helps to reduces muscle fatigue, speed up recovery time and maintain the muscles in ready / warm state.

The extremely durable PRO Series fabric also offer low level protection against abrasions and lacerations as well as support bruised, swollen or damaged facets to the body similar to an ace or compression bandage. The Sub-Zero™ first features the duel layer Qwik Wick™ technology which regulates moisture levels on the skin keeping the surface as dry as possible while dispersing moisture qwikly for evaporation. A second layer of the PRO Polar™ cold weather fabric is then added on top of the Qwik Wick™ forming a multi layer fabric system. PRO Polar™

The PRO Polar™ line is a form fitting, cold weather fabric cut to fit like a second skin but is not compression fitting. It effectively wicks moisture via the physical property of capillary action with a brushed polyester material. It is designed to qwikly move moisture to the outer most part of the fabric creating a dry buffer zone and warm pocket of warm air next to the skin keeping you warmer and drier. It features a heavier 8.1 oz per square yard polyester / spandex fabric which retains more heat than most cold weather under gear on the market. It has four way stretch for maximum comfort and function as a form fitting, tapered fit with semi-mock neck.
