LOOSE Fit-Loose fit items feature generously cut items for maximum comfort, typical sizing to your average tee shirt for example. Bump up to the larger size if you are in between sizes.
COMPRESSION Fit-TRUE compression fits features a very tight cut for maximum performance without restriction or binding. Designed to physically squeeze and support your major muscle groups, soft tissues and ligaments and re-enforce your joints. Drop down to the smaller size if you are on the fence between sizes.
TAPERED Fit- This cut is close to the body and may slightly stretch to fit on some garments but does not physically squeeze the body. Shirts run the smaller size so bump up to the larger size if you are on the fence. Tapered fit pants run true.
